Sarten Academy launched in 2008 to complete the formation of future business leaders was made available for graduates of Vocational Academies too, in 2011. 7 training programs have been carried out since 2008, and 113 candidates newly graduated from universities have joined the Sarten family to become one of the future leaders.
In this two-week program trainings in various topics including personal development, acquisition of management skills, production, product knowledge, product development, sales techniques, export, finance and accounting, etc. are delivered by expert academics.
